Adelaide Street

The Adelaide Street project is a fine example of what one can do with an unused attic space. We gutted the old attic completely, removed the eaves and reinforced the structure to allow us to rebuild the the space inside to create a fantastic office space. A brand new staircase was created to access the new office from the second floor. Two large Velux windows were added to the roof to flood the room with loads of natural daylight. We then put stud work on the walls which were then plastered and painted. All in all the was a pretty straight forward attic conversion that has given the owners of the property loads more space to use as a working office.
